Training sessions can be carried out at either of the New York or Oregon facilities. Many training exercises have
been held at customer sites both in the United States and overseas.
Special training includes both classroom and "hands-on" sessions. Individual programs can involve operation (all phases of the
mobile unit); set-up/take-down; service (preventive maintenance and general); driving; and custom courses. Manufacturers'
representatives from medical or other equipment suppliers can also participate in the training sessions.
Many customers make training a mandatory addition to their mobile unit purchase.
