The export market has been a cornerstone of Medical Coaches' success ever since our first order for Cuba in 1949. Medical Coaches understands the unique needs of our overseas customers. We don't try to push standard U.S. products that may be inappropriate for our export customers.
We closely consider: electrical requirements; heating and air conditioning; local service for chassis and other equipment; medical or other equipment specifications; road and other legal requirements; personnel and staffing; and operational characteristics (rural, city, length of driving time, length of service per day, etc.).
In addition to the technical aspects of exporting special purpose mobile units, Medical Coaches' is also very familiar with and sensitive to the cultural aspects of exporting. We use local agents for representation, sales and service. We are very careful to only work with established, reputable and financially sound companies.
We are always concerned about protecting the reputation of our buyer by delivering mobile units that they can be proud to own.
Our vast experience insures that costly mistakes are avoided. Many of our overseas customers buy our mobile units without ever having visited our factory. They know Medical Coaches will deliver a mobile unit that will be better than expected. A HANDSHAKE MEANS SOMETHING AT MEDICAL COACHES.
