Medical Coaches Advantages - CT:
In the mid-1970s, Medical Coaches was honored to build the world’s first mobile head scan CT unit for EMI Medical. We built quite a number of units for them until they left the CT market.
Medical Coaches’ current mobile CT configurations are both self-propelled and semi-trailer designs. Special attention is paid to shock and vibration reduction; lead lining to meet regulatory approval; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); humidity control; patient comfort; and operator convenience.
Mobile CT units come with their own generator, HVAC, patient lift, roll-up door (automatic electric), lead lining, humidifier, special electrical supply, custom cabinetry, air-ride suspension, and custom all-aluminum body.
Units are designed to accommodate a wide range of CT manufacturer’s products and models.
Medical Coaches Advantage - Lithotripsy:
Medical Coaches has built a wide variety of mobile lithotripsy units for most major manufacturers. Our raised-computer grid-style floor gives easy access to equipment, cabling, and other components. Expandable-side sections greatly increase usable interior floor space. Sides are protected from dust, water, and air through the use of our custom seal system. Spacious hospital-style interiors give patients the feeling they’re still in a fixed facility. All units are designed to reduce site set-up and tear-down.
Mobile lithotripsy units built especially for Siemens Medical Solutions include custom expandable sides, built-in generator, computer-grid raised floor, and many other features.
Medical Coaches has built a number of specially designed trailers to house Karl Storz SLX lithotripsy systems. All trailers are custom designed to house this advanced lithotripsy system to ensure optimal efficiency. Generators are sized to operate the entire system independent of outside power.
