Medical Coaches has received Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance certification to the 2000 Standard of ISO 9001. This prestigious quality designation means that the Medical Coaches' quality system insures our products will meet or surpass our customers' expectations.
Since 1995, Medical Coaches is the only U.S.-based, special-purpose mobile unit manufacturer to be certified to ISO-9001. ISO-9001 is recognized as one of the leading standards of quality throughout the world.
Maintaining ISO certification requires rigid adherence. ISO standards exist for many areas including product improvements, services times and tracking, and customer satisfaction. Lloyds makes two site inspections per year. Company president, Geoff Smith states, "Medical Coaches is a far better company today because we have complied with ISO standards.
